Getting back into reading again

Hi all, 

I have finally made it out of my reading slump and have started rereading The Hunger Games; I wanted something easy and familiar so I could keep my reading streak. I read the book series as a kid and that genre was one of my favorites. I read Harry Potter, Divergent, Hunger games, Maze Runner, Ender Game etc. I really like sci-fi and fantasy books but now as an adult I literally can't find books that I enjoy. I've read the rom-coms and they're cute and always a fun and easy read, but I crave sci-fi and thriller. I've tried the popular booktok books but they're always too romance heavy and that's not what I'm really looking for. A friend of mine keeps recommending Fourth Wing and I know it is YA and has action and romance but I'm still not convinced on it; Maybe I'll give it a try after I finish the Hunger Games series. 

However, As I do my own research on books, If anyone has any recommendations please I am open to any! I do love looking at other genres, so even if it's not sci-fi or thriller send them my way :)
