GENERATIONAL LOCK IN

Today I decided to run like usual and I was gonna go for 20 min but I somehow locked in and ran 6 miles. 

I genuinely have never ran this far and I never even expected that I could make it more than 3 miles. I can usually run 2 miles easily and that’s a good distance for me. I don’t know how I managed 6 but I had to post about it to memorialize it lol.
